Regulation

RS Global Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Belize ("FSC") under the Securities Industry Act 2021 with registration number 000274/2.

Account Opening

Opening an account with Scope Markets is easy. Go to our registration page, here, fill in your details, and click ‘Register’. This will create your personal Scope Markets account. Complete your account registration by providing additional information about yourself and confirming your identity. Create a trading account from ‘Trading Accounts’ section to enable real-money trading. Fund your trading account and choose your preferred trading platform under ‘Information and Tools’ section. Once your customer account is verified, you will be ready to start trading.
Yes. To open a joint account, each person must first open an individual account and then fill a Joint Account Request Form, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service team at asiasupport@scopemarkets.com.

Please note that joint accounts are only available to married couples or first-degree relatives. To open a corporate account please send your request to asiasupport@scopemarkets.com.

Account Verification

The Account verification process includes 3 steps:
  1. Register a Scope Markets account.
  2. Complete the personal and financial Information required.
  3. Upload your KYC (Know Your Client) documents
Know Your Client (KYC) is a regulatory obligation, designed to prevent fraud. It protects both, the customer and the company, against financial crimes, such as money laundering, identity theft and terrorist financing.
For individual accounts:

For Proof of ID, we accept:
  • Colored copy of your passport
  • National ID/Driving License (Front and Back)
*All Documents must be valid and not expired

For Proof of Residence, we accept:
  • A utility bill (e.g., water, electricity, internet), a council tax statement bill, a bank statement, or any other documents we deem acceptable.
*All documents must be dated within the last 3 months with the logo of the issuer, stating your name and showing your complete address

*In certain occasions we might request two proofs of identification (preferably the second proof to be a bank reference letter for identification purposes. This will be available in your Scope Markets account.

For corporate accounts:

  • Certificate of incorporation or equivalent.
  • Certificate of directors and secretary or equivalent. In addition:
    • ID and address proofs of all the directors
  • Certificate of registered address
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association or Bylaws or equivalent.
  • Certificate of shareholders or equivalent
    • If Shareholder is a Natural person (who owns 25% or more of the Company) please provide us with ID and address proofs of all the shareholders
    • If Shareholder is Corporate person, please provide us with:
      1. Certificate of Incorporation
      2. Certificate of Directors
        • ID and address proofs of all the directors (for non-executive directors, those documents are not mandatory)
      3. Certificate of Shareholders
        • ID and address proofs of all the shareholders (who own 25% or more of the company)

If the above cannot be provided, please provide us with a recent (up to 6 months) Certificate of Incumbency.

  • Latest Audited Financial Statements (if any) for the last Year or Management Accounts (if any) or a latest bank statement issued on the name of the Company (up to 6 months)
If the above cannot be provided, please provide us with Certificate of Good Standing (up to 1 Year).
You can upload your documents via your Scope Markets account by clicking on ‘My Profile’ section, then Upload Documents tab and upload them. Alternatively, you can send them by email to asiasupport@scopemarkets.com including your Customer number in the subject of the email.
In most cases the account is verified within 24 hours more or less but the process might take up to 48 hours.

Scope Markets takes serious precautionary measures to ensure that your personal details are held in absolute confidence. Your passwords are encrypted, and your personal details are stored on secure servers and cannot be accessed by anyone, apart from a very small number of authorized members of staff.
In the unlikely event that you wish to close your account, please send an email request to asiasupport@scopemarkets.com.

Deposit Information

The minimum top-up amount is 50 USD/ 50 EUR/ 50 GBP. Exceptions on the minimum amount may be made only on the Company’s discretion. Should you have any questions about fees, or any other charges please contact payment@scopemarkets.com.
Our website is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All sensitive information submitted by our clients is automatically transferred by SSL to a secure environment. Our cashier is PCI Level 1 Merchant compliant and ensures that all your data is secured.
Scope Markets does not charge any fees on deposits except for Bank Transfers where you may be charged fees from your bank. The sending and correspondent bank may charge according to their own fee structure.
You can transfer funds through Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), Skrill, Neteller, Wire Transfer and several other alternative methods. All the details are made available in the ‘Deposit’ section in your Scope Markets account.
Accepted currencies per payment method are available in the ‘Deposit’ section in your Scope Markets account.
Scope Markets does not accept any third-party payments.
Yes, if the trading accounts have been created under the same email address, this can be done from your Scope Markets account. To move funds from your trading account you first need to transfer them to the same currency wallet, which can be done from Dashboard. Then you go to My Wallet tab, request an Internal Transfer between Wallets and then again transfer from the Wallet to the Trading Account.

Withdrawal Information

When you want to withdraw money from your account you need to log in to your Scope Markets account. Click on My Wallet tab and then Withdrawals. You cannot proceed with a withdrawal request if your Scope Markets account has not yet been verified and you can withdraw only your free margin. Please always consider the amount you want to withdraw when you have any open positions.
For Joint Accounts, withdrawal request made through your Scope Markets account is deemed agreed by the account holders.
For corporate accounts, only the authorized signatory can request a withdrawal unless there is a given Special Power of Attorney to an agent or representative. For corporate accounts, the beneficiary bank account must be in the name of the Company.
The minimum amount for withdrawal is 50 USD/ 50 EUR/ 50 GBP.
Withdrawals can be requested anytime but requests after 2:00 GMT will be processed the next business day. Turnaround time is 1 – 2 business days from the date of receipt of the request. For Wire Transfer and Debit/Credit Card, processing time can take up to 3-5 business days. International Telegraphic Transfers (TT) usually take 3-8 working days depending on the banking procedure of the beneficiary bank.
Withdrawals are processed via the same method used for deposit. In cases where this is not possible the Company may suggest an alternative method, provided that the necessary proof of account ownership is available.
The status of your withdrawal request will change from Pending to Approved and the transaction can be reviewed in the Transaction History tab. You will also be notified via email to your registered email address.
Yes, withdrawal requests are always requested from your Wallet if the Wallet’s balance is sufficient. If before, you need to submit a transfer request from the trading account to the Wallet, you need to consider that your free margin must exceed the amount specified in the transfer request. Free margin is calculated as equity less the necessary margin that is required to maintain open a position.
You may request a withdraw as many times as you deem necessary. Free requests though are limited to one withdrawal per client account per day.
Any withdrawals over the maximum requests per day or per week will be charged 35 USD/ 35 EUR/ 35 GBP per withdrawal.
Once the withdrawal request is approved, it can no longer be cancelled. If the withdrawal has not been approved yet, you can cancel it through your Scope Markets account, under Withdrawals tab.

Trading Information

To start trading, you need to have a fully verified, funded Scope Markets account and a trading account with access to a preferred trading platform.

Yes, you can have up to 5 trading accounts.
Scope Markets does not offer Portfolio Management Services. The Client is the sole responsible for his trading account and he decides based on his own judgment.

Yes. Demo accounts are a valuable trading tool to help beginners learn how to trade and allow experienced traders to experiment and test new strategies in a risk-free environment. You may open a Demo account credited with up to 50,000 USD valid for 14 days.
We offer leverage up to 1000:1.

Platforms

We offer MT4 & MT5 Platforms.
MetaTrader 4 (MT4) is a trading platform developed By MetaQuotes Software for online trading in forex, contract for differences (CFDs) and futures markets. The MT4 platform can be accessed through a website or can be downloaded on your computer or any smart device.
This platform allows users to create and install their own or third-party algorithmic trading applications, commonly known as EAs. With this functionality, clients no longer need to trade manually. The MT5 is an advanced multi-functional trading platform which offers superior tools for comprehensive price analysis and robust trade execution.
The FX markets are generally open 24 hrs a day, 5 days a week. More specifically from Sunday at 5pm EST to Friday at 5pm EST. For more details on each trading instrument, you can login to your MT4/MT5 Account, right click on the instrument, a new window will open for you and you need to click on Specification.
If a trade is kept open overnight (past 5pm EST), then there is a swap calculated on that position. If you keep your spot position open on Wednesday, the swap is charged three times the rate except of USD/TRY (triple charge on Thursdays).

For Cryptos CFDs the swap is charged at triple rate on Fridays.

There is no swap charge If you keep your Future position open overnight.
Scope Markets does not offer swap-free accounts.
The platform is closed on the weekend.
Go to ‘My Profile’ section inside your Scope Markets account and click on ‘Password’. Enter your existing Scope Markets account password and the new password twice. Then click ‘Save’. This will change the password your Scope Markets account only, and not your MT4 or MT5 trading accounts. We recommend changing your password regularly to keep your account secure.
Once logged in the platform, please go to Tools > Options, select a ‘Server’ tab, and then select ‘Change Password’. Then enter the new password you wish to use and confirm.
